General terms of sale (GTS)

 1. Company presentation

The present transactional site Larose direct is operated by Larose and Sons Ltd., a company specialized in the distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment and the manufacturing of cleaning products. These general terms of sale govern the sales made on this site as well as the relationships between Larose and Sons Ltd. and its customers. By placing an order on the site, the customer accepts these general terms of sale.


2. Products and availability

The Larose direct site offers special deals and discounts on a selection of available products from Larose and Sons Ltd. By special deals, we mean discounted prices on products for a limited time or while stocks last. The range of products includes inventory surpluses to be cleared, end-of-line items, promotional items, items whose distribution has been discontinued or discontinued items from manufacturers, display equipment (used only for customer demonstrations and not used), used equipment, and other supplies offered at a discount. The products displayed on the site are offered within the limits of available stock. Some items may be ordered if they are not discontinued and a larger quantity than what is in stock is required. Larose and Sons Ltd. reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace products without notice.


3. Prices

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes as well as delivery fees are calculated at the time of checkout. Larose et Fils Ltée reserves the right to change prices without notice.


4. Orders

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. An order confirmation may be sent by email after the transaction is validated. Larose et Fils Ltée reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order in particular in cases of:

  • price or display error;
  • insufficient availability;
  • suspicion of fraud;
  • or any other situation deemed reasonable by the company.

 

5. Payment

Payments are made online using the payment methods offered at the time of purchase. Transactions are processed through secure payment providers. Larose et Fils Ltée does not retain the full payment card information when processed by secure third-party platforms. Businesses and individuals can place an order via Larose direct and pay using a credit card. Customers with an open account with Larose et Fils Ltée can purchase on Larose direct and pay by credit card and can also charge a purchase to their account via their VIP area on the corporate website Larose.ca

 

6. Processing, delivery, or pickup times

Following the acceptance of the order, it will be processed and prepared within 48-72 business hours. It will be ready for pickup at one of our stores. Should you choose in-store pickup, you will be contacted when your merchandise is ready.

In addition, there is the shipping time. The time for receiving the merchandise depends on the delivery area and the carrier used according to the item and other circumstances beyond our control. The delivery service is provided by our delivery service or external carriers.

Delivery addresses:

The delivery address may be different from the billing address.

No delivery is made to a P.O. box.

The merchandise will be delivered to the address you specified on the order.

Delivery requires the signature of a recipient. Unless you provide a written instruction, in your absence, we will not leave any merchandise without a recipient's signature.

Should you instruct us to leave it outside in your absence, Larose will not be responsible for the delivered merchandise, its theft or damage caused to the merchandise by temperature or other circumstances.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs vary widely depending on the destination, the carrier, the weight, the volume, and the dimensions of the merchandise or other handling required during transport (freeze protection, transport of hazardous materials).

That is why at the time of ordering on the ‘payment’ page, an amount approximate delivery charges will be indicated to which additional charges may apply. If applicable, you will be informed at the time of processing your order by a member of our team, of the additional charges applicable.


7. Returns, refunds and final sales

Some sales may be considered as final, including:

  • promotional products available in limited quantity or for a limited time
  • inventory surpluses;
  • discontinued items;
  • demonstration or used equipment.
  • or any product identified as "final sale".


When a product is identified as final sale, no return, exchange or refund can be made. Return conditions may vary depending on the products and will be indicated, when applicable, directly on the product sheet or at the time of purchase.

In the case of returnable products, you must obtain from our customer service a return authorization number in advance. Unless stated otherwise, the costs related to the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. Any returned product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the necessary information for processing the return.

 

8. User accounts

Some features of the site may require the creation of a customer account. The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login information as well as any activity performed from their account. Larose et Fils Ltd reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of abusive or non-compliant use.

 

9. Limitation of liability

Larose et Fils Ltd. shall not be held responsible:

  • for temporary interruptions of the site ;
  • for errors technical ;
  • for damages indirect ;
  • for losses of data ;
  • or for any harm resulting from the use of the site or the products purchased, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

 

10. Intellectual property

The content of the site, including but not limited to texts, logos, images, documents and visual elements, remains the property of Larose et Fils Ltd. or its partners. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

11. Modifications

Larose et Fils Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time and without notice. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.

 

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in that province. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.

General Terms of Use (GTU)

1. Purpose

These general terms of use define the rules for accessing and using the transactional site operated by Larose et Fils Ltd. By accessing the site, the user agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Access to the site

The site is accessible to any user with access to Internet. Some features may require the creation of a customer account. Larose et Fils Ltd reserves the right to suspend, limit or interrupt access to the site at any time, particularly for reasons of maintenance, updates or security. 

3. User account

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when creating their account. They are also responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity carried out from their account. In the event of unauthorized use of their account, the user must inform the company as soon as possible. 

4. Use of the site

The user agrees to use the site in a legal manner and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

  • attempt to compromise the security of the site;
  • use the site for fraudulent purposes;
  • disrupt the proper functioning of the site;
  • access in an unauthorized manner the data of other users

6. Site Availability

The site is normally accessible at all times, except in the case of maintenance or technical issues. Larose et Fils Ltée cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions or malfunctions of the site. 

7. Intellectual Property
